    Default GrassRootsMotorsports $2008 Challenge

    anyone ever heard of this...i stumbled upon this on H-T and got really into it...there must be a lot of loop holes. basically u take a car (figure out fair market value) and have the rest of ur TOTAL budget to fix it up, transport it, and buy extra supplies with ONLY $2008...seems interesting...im thinkin of buyin a lil hatchie and preppin it up for this

    Its like the 6th year of it, but yeah its good stuff. You don't see too many hondas out there so I suggest you do it. You can race our Miata.

    i have some friends that do it.. this year they took a mitsu mirage with a 4g63 stock tuurbo on 22 lbs with 100 shot...welded suspension, stripped....

    i got, and yes i hate to say it but it will be cheaper value for the budget, an ef hatch thinkin bout doin this challenge or me and my roommate might do a nice build on it

    Someone did a v8 swapped 240z/280z one year and it was just sick...
