were on are way back GA in a black 93 civic EX 2 door with a 4 GSR blades and a radio. (other car we came up here in had no interior) he flat traided a 89 si hatch for this car. got a good deal to it just needs alittle work. We should be back home around 7+.

Gonna drive a total of 10-12 miles this weekend and I got half a tank. No need to get any gas unless there is an emergency.

Saw on the news some Ingles was selling gas at like $5.29 (Estimated Equivalent = $200 a barrel) a gallon until a news crew showed up and changed it to $4.51 a gallon.

Moral of the story - Drive smarter, don't make useless trips, and wait till next week to get gas.

so what should I buy first? suspension or rims/tires? I wanna do my suspension first so camber wear won't kill the new tires but I'm also tired of rockin the steelies.

the suspension upgrades will be tanabe df210 springs, skunk2 sport shocks, form & function lca's, and a blox camber kit

the wheels will be 15" black rota slips with Dunlop ditezza p205 50 r15's.

Well heres the new project I get to work on. Only pix I got of it right now.

So far we got the coil-overs on the back and got it riding low and even. We also started fixing and painting the gsr blades. Tommarow were or lets say I'm going to start figuring out some of the wires that are handing out from under the dash and on the floor.
Next weekend were going to put on a V-tec head.

The story on the car is it is a theft recovery and it was striped bare. The junk yard pieced it back together and sold it to the guy we bought it from. Its a EX but it has a Y8(I think its non V-tec right now) but still has the ex wiring and a P28 ecu in it. Run great looks lets say on a scale of 1-10 its a 4 but the interior is all there but its black and the dash is tan.

Question how low will the springs drop the car... if 2" the you will not need a camber kit at all just an alignment.

Trust what I say proved it yesterday with the new suspension.

it'll drop it 1.8" front and 1.6" rear. and bacially what they do at an allignment shop is shim the stock control arms eg's came without any camber adjustment from the factory thus the camber kit is nesacary(sp).

not trying to flame just my experience with my current setup.

Trust me young one its not needed with it especiall with that drop. BTW what was your current set up... thus if it was not lowering sprinds its diff man.

But if you really want a complete camber kit front and rear I have the set that I took off the hatch. I have the SPC rear and the Skunk2 replica front.

Mike, if it's a D16Y8 then that is a 99 EX motor... it's already got V-Crack

well not exactly 99 but yeah its a v-tec
