    almost every old person i got today was so ignorant...

    one of them was like you need to pass the word that i am not going to sit here and talk to an automated system im just calling to see if my policy has lasp...its supposed to be lapsed but he cant talk...i said sorry sir it always start off as an automated system, do you have your policy number? he says yeah i got it, do you want it...i said if you would like for me to pull up your policy then yes i will need it...he says dont get nasty with me. i said im not sir. he says i said so. i said may i have your policy #? he says no im not going to talk to you. i asked him to hold so i could transfer him. i place him on hold and thank goodness he hung up...
