THE DEL SOL IS ALIVE!!!!

got the LS swap and Auto-Manual conversion done in the sol, is running well, only have to change out some brakes and it will be on the road tommorow!

also big thanks to all those that helped, kenny did the partial wire tuck and helped with a lot.

I called in and told my Boss I wasn't coming in and he said ok. So I've just sat at home and cleaned my ride all day. Tomorrows going to be full of fun. Got to do a oil change on a family friends jeep. Then elmers coming over and were doing his breaks. Then off to commerce to pick up a Z6 head (will be for sale soon) Then maybe drag racing later that night. cant wait.

ok guys get this, please help me. I got to my gfs house today to help out jay with his delsol. Anyways got here around 630 and now that i went to leave my car wont start. Wont turn over or anything. Would it be the starter??? Or what else could it be? please help me

could be the started or a bad ground. Most likely check you battery terminals and see if the loose.

u think it might be a blown fuse? i was looking stuff up and someone said one of the 80 amps was blown. Its not even turning over, i hear the fuel pump turning on and something else kicking in when i turn the key but not turning over. well guess im staying here tonight but if anyone else thinks of anything let mek now ok thanks guys

Hmmm check the main relay and all the fuses.

I had this same prob happen to me .... car would crank just fine and run good but then as soon as I cut the car off one time she wouldn't start again.... made the same clicking noise as you described... turned out the be the main connecting wire to the starter.... pushed it back on and squeezed it snug on the male end and no probs now... try that

well i found out what was going on, the other night we were looking at my starter for jays car. We pulled the ground off the starter and then thought i put it back on rite. So im guessing when i had it on it went on just enough to crank up a couple times, then yesterday i hit a pothole and guessing it let go of it then. So i hooked it back up and starts like a champ.
