what's up people? I'm in commerc right now and went to a junk yard and scored some sweet car parts.

I got a Z6 head for $100, a bunch of switchs and best of all a new vtec solinoid that fixed my vtec cut off issues.

I'm a great catch, don't know why the wrong guys keep coming to me. Maybe I'm just too picky, but I refuse to lower my standards

o yea I got her running good. still a few little things I got to dal with but nothing bad (right now). cooling fan hasn't came on one time but the temp hasn't got high so I don't know if its good or bad yet. Also my tachs off buy 500-700 rpms and its idleing low.

I'm starving as well. How's the ride doing Mike and how are you?

I installed the oxygen sensor, only to hear its still throwing a bad code, but atleast the car doesn't stall anymore. Its also throwing a catalytic converter code, and I have no cat. Lol

ignore the cat. code its just the O2 sensers reading weird because theres no cat.
After installing the O2 senser did you reset the ECU?

no I didnt reset the ECU. i went to autozone for them to erase the code and they did. then 2 hours later it popped back up and has been on since. its weird because my car didn't start throwing the cat code until i got the resonator put on which...didn't really quiet down my exhaust much. what can i do to get my exhaust quiet without having to reinstall a cat? the resonator did make me loose HP when I got it put back on...can i just buy something for my exhaust system to quieten down everything and then allow me to remove my resonator again? someone told me to get a full catback exhaust...but i'm not sure how that would sound.

I went to some junkyard in commerc. got some good stuff to.

I got my exhaust to quite down with a glass pack muffler. It loos like resonator but is longer and high flow. V8 hotrods use them to quite down there exhaust. I got mine from summitracing.com for around $50.

I got 4drjdm side spoon mirrors, intake, a shocker sticker, a new beginner tag, engine spraypaint for my valve cover, and me waiting on my freakn car. I cant wait. Oh, and a sound system.
