new to this ef scene

sup yall, im kinda new to this ef thing so first off, is a crx considered a ef cuz i had a eg but i got tired of it and got a god deal on a 89 crx si so i traded him. second, will any parts from eg's fit the crx and what other cars are able to swap parts.third, can parts from like old school hatches and stuff work i.e. bumpers hood mirrors interior peices?

1. Yes, The JDM SIR CRX is an EF8
2. For the most part no. Very few things will swap over. Suspension, rear LCAs, shifter, engine bolt ons, and random universal things
3. The only parts that will swap from the EF hatch to CRX from the exterior are the headlights, corner lights, hood, and door handles. Thats about it. Chassis wise, just about everything will swap over. No exhaust though, CRX is shorter.
