That has to do with bad parenting. The parent let their child walk out looking like either a trole or a moron. A good parent would of told her to go back upstairs and dress correctly.

It is the same thing for blaming teachers that they cant teach their kid. But they dont really want anythign to do with them.

Anybody can have a kid, to drive a car you need to prove how to drive.

I always see these kids having kids. I tell the wife look honey she just proved to her parents she could have sex.
