They asked the most commonly used interview questions such as.... do you see yourself as a leader?....why? do you work well with others?.... tell us about an experience where you had to work among a group...Then when say the key words they make a note of it. Its funny how pick and chose based on a few words. They tend to love led, developed, created, founded, and a few others words.
We'll see how it goes, but I doubt I'll accept the offer if they make one.
