Stolen EF

Well, it finally happened. In Gainesville where all those dirty Mexicans live (no offence).

1991 Honda Civic EF. Blue. Stolen Tuesday Augest 26th between 1:00AM to 6:00PM Stickland Rd.

Here's the story.

I was driving a friend home and my alternator went out... Lights started dimming everything started going wrong. About a mile away from my friends house, off Strickland Rd, my car finally died. I pushed it into a driveway and wrote a bunch of notes about me. I left on two sheets of paper: My name and phone number, and DO NOT TOW. I left the car thinking worst case senario it will be towed. My brother came to pick me up and at the last minute I decided to grab all my school books for college. I slept that night thinking my car won't start and it will probably just be there. I wake up then next day and go down with my Dad to fix it and/or tow it to my house. I looked in the driveway where the house was and it was gone. I called all the towing company's in Gainesville and they don't have it. The police checked all their records for the time my car was there to see if someone reported it to be towed. Nothing though. I left my system, two skateboards, a pair of Nike's, all my CDs, a sleeping bag, a backpack, and a whole bunch of other ****. I can't really sit here and mourn about it(if thats the right word). I guess I can just wait til the police give me a call and ask you guys to keep an eye out for it.

I feel sorry for you but I think its pretty dumb...You shouldnt have left your car mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnn damn another one bites the dust.

u never think someone is gona steal YOUR car...even with all the thefts u never think itll be u, i'm not gona say its dumb for the main reason that his car broke down and being that its undriveable, u dnt think they gona steal it..so i'd be one to defend him to an extent

Well check dis out I know where I stay they steal ****. So think you gone catch my car on the side of the rode if you want.Ill be sitting right there in it,I know too many people that got jacked buddy.My car broke in the middle of nowhere had to go all the way back to College park to get a axle and come back.I sat with my ride until then maybe im just over protective Maybe not.

Its actually the other way around. Most hondas get stolen for parts, not to be actually used as a whole car. If he had a swap in it, chances are, they'll rip it out and dump it somewhere. Several of my friends cars have been stolen, and its always the same thing. It shows up several weeks later on the side of the raod, missing usually the engine, sterio system, wheels, and any aftermarket parts. These are the only reasons Hondas get stolen.

oh believe me i know (not about getting your car back cuz mine has never been found)

but yea they take it to the chop shop...break it down process it and sell it where it cant be traced..cuz lord knows i kept my eyes on ebay and CL for 2months at least

Sorry about your loss but you are stupid for not calling a tow truck, since you couldnt fix it that night. I will however keep an eye out for it. Also there are a few blue efs around the gainesville area, so it might be hard to find your car.

yeah he left the car in an abandoned houses driveway. sucks to see cars get stolen. I guess that is why we have a 150lb rottweiler and a glock.

sry to here that man, that 2 EF hatches i now of stolen this month.
A buddy had his stolen in broad daylight at AMC 24 in morrow.
he went in at 3 and came out around 5:30 and it was gone.

again sry, hope you get it back.

Agreed. I never drive my CRX anywhere (with the exception of the V) where I know it is going to sit unattended for anytime.

hey my friend may have seen your car today. It was the same make and model but had a sh!ty flat black spray paint job on it. It has the exsact same wheels as yours.

He saw it take a left off jesse jewell pkwy onto downey blvd at about 1PM this aftenoon. He was stuck at the light and couldn't get over to follow it for a tag #. I work in that part of town so I'll keep my eye out for it.

this car is hard to mistake bc he has shaved moldings..... it's a custom one off job.
