Because it's equivalent to yelling, and it's against all universally accepted internet communication standards. (It's bad protocol)

Clearly this is where the problem has been the whole time, you don't see that you're doing anything wrong, and apparently because I'm the only one willing to point it out to you.

I believe that u sir are the moron for continually hounding me about typing in all caps, i have even told u the first time u said something about typing in all caps that i was at work. darryl even clearly stated that i was probably at work.

The thing that amazes me is, if you have enough spare time at work to browse web sites, you certainly have enough time to turn off the caps lock.

and next time u should come up wit an idea of comparing something, let it be something other than an HOA to compare this site/section to.

Honestly, my comparison works without the HOA. It's just a concerned neighbor (squad member) trying to make something better, and the other guy doesn't want to hear it.
