Damn man that's no good to hear.
I can only sympathize so much, since i haven't been in the exact same position, but i do hope it pans out well. Seems like you have your head on very straight about the situation though, try and tough it out man. Worst case, there are more hatches to fix up later on down the road. That's what i tell myself ever since i had to sell my Turbo 2.
