At least its that cheap. The one for the CRX is "all new parts", and cost 1400 without the hood, hood is an extra 400 i think. I called them to make sure that all the parts were brand new, and they told me there were no guarantee's. Fuk them, I pieced together the kit myself for a whole lot cheaper.

Yes I did, 800 so far. Just missing headlights.

edit - 650 so far. I was adding the rear spoiler in with the 800. And my front bumper I purchased came with the fog lights on them .

So you got a hood, bumper, t-bar, bumper lens, side markers, foglights and fenders for $650shipped. If so, let me know where you found everything from and I'll buy another frontend just because

I just pieced together a ef9 frontend for my hatch

    hood $275 + $100shipping
    bumper $150 + $100shipping
    headlights $60 + $20shipping
    fenders $125 + $50shipping
    bumper lens $70 + $30shipping
    filler piece $100 + $25shipping

Total without the shipping was $780 but when you add shipping it jumps to $1105 (and I believe I rounded the prices down). So if you was able to up only $650, you got a steal on some rare parts. As for the headlights holla at Jhot (if you dont already know about them) because they will be your cheapest source.

I could see you saving some money if you got SiR hood that was on here for $200 (Dude with other red CRX sold, damn I forgot his name), and then you got lucky and caught a good deal.

Correct on both of those. I spent a lot of time looking for/waiting for a good deal to come up (about a year). I did the same with my mugen wheels as well, or atleast I thought was a good deal (800 shipped for refinished mr5's with all center caps and lugnut covers). There was actually an entire front end conversion for sale on ebay for 900 dollars (not including shipping) a couple months back. I waited too long to purchase it and lost out on the deal.

I'm currently out of money, so, the front end conversion will have to wait a little longer. Although, I think my wife is gonna kill me cause I got crx parts all over the house and taking up half the garage.

edit - jhot? more info for future reference.

It's a jdm part supplier in August, GA. The are cheap as hell, but haven't really had much for the EF lately.

I would say that was a decent deal on the Mr5s, not better than my deal on them ($300 with tires ), but yours are black, 15's and have the lugnut covers, while mines are silver, 14's, and are missing the lug covers.

I glad to see another person doing their CRX right! reps to yo!

Thanks man. BTW, I used to have pic of your car on my desktop, and when I first saw it was when I decided to keep my car red. This was before I was a member on here and before I found out it was your car . So be proud man, you helped reinspire me to keep working on the Rex.

That was over a year ago. Call them now and see if they have any EF parts... and I bet they wont have anything worthwhile.
