front: 4.9 Kg/mm / 275 Lbs/in
rear: 4.0 Kg/mm / 225 Lbs/in


NEUSPEED RACE (yellow) Drop: 2.25" front
2.0" rear
front: 10.2 Kg/mm / 575 Lbs/in
rear: 9.6 Kg/mm / 540 Lbs/in

Front: 6.3 Kg/mm / 350 lbs/in

This is all depends on what you want from your car and my answer is my own opinion since I have use neither. All the autox's out there swear by gc's but why waste your money whenever you have nice springs already? Just by some neuspeed shocks, because I'm pretty sure they valve there shocks to match there springs. So you can just keep what works.

i HAD neuspeed sports and the ride was pretty good. great for daily driving, nice and comfortable drive. i think darryl would agree.

GroundControl doesn't make manufacter the springs, GroundControl uses Eibach springs on their (GCs)adjuster sleeves & seats. Eibach is a very reputable company and has been around for quite a while, i'd figure out what rates they are and keep the Eibachs.

Eibach makes those spring specifically for the koni's I put the spring rates up early.
