My wagon is rolling on 3-piece Black Racing BR-R wheels. I found out that these are actually some of THE rarest wheels around, and much more rare than the Spoon SW388 wheels on my EG. Try doing a Google search on them, Google Image search, etc. - you won't even find them.

They are period-correct 1988-1992 manufactured wheels from Japan. It blew my mind because I thought they were like Konigs/Rotas or some other knock-off (no disrespect to knock-offs at all, I love them too) wheels meant to look like old Watanbes/Panasports. There's a huge "rare wheel" topic on another Honda-only forum where these wheels are mentioned - I know of three sets in the whole country, but I guess not wveryone who owns them posts on that other Honda-only site or even has internet.

Well the size is 15x6.5 with +30 offset, so they stick out a decent amount on an EF. The weight? Honestly they're not crazy light weight, and the actual bolts/nuts that hold the wheels together are pretty weighty by themselves.

If I had to estimate I'd say 14lbs. per wheel or so. They're not heavy but they're also not Rota 12lbs. or Spoon 8.5lbs. either.

Rota and Konig make really nice knock-offs that look the same minus the bolts. Again I thought these were one piece wheels with fake bolts, which I really didn't mind either. When I went to paint them (the spokes were blue when I got the car with them on it) I realized "holy **** these are true 3-piece wheels!"

yea i like the 15x8 rota tb's (the rota knock off's) just mainly curious of your offset.im going +35.

but either way nice wheels havn't really seen those exact ones rolling around much.

Prior: Bought off of Evasive going on my g/f's EG Coupe Sportmax somethings idr what model

Next: Free, from a friend Konig Monsoons, the pic doesn't do them any justice what so ever. I did all the work on them. I know the red/black gets old, but they're my favorite colors. I was going to buy 15 or 16's, but I figured i already have 2 sets of 17's Might as well just use them. I also bought new center caps. The red on the cap was just to see how it'd look on a crappy cap.

    Traded my steelies for these:

    18" Enkei Primax.

Still in the process of De-ricing. Went through some really bad looking times during lol, but it's still being worked on, haven't drivin it all winter. God I hate PA Weather!!!!

I refuse to post up any more pics untill I get my struts and springs on. The fender gap is an eye sore and it drives me nuts.

jmmx258, the hood on that rex is...awesome. Call it ricey if you like, but my vision of awesome would be just the hood with everything else mostly stock (some custom things here and there, minor stuff).

The hood is staying. I actually ordered a fake mugen kit for it. Now though, i'm not sure if i'm going to use it all, or just the front bumper. The car is going to be gloss black, with a candy red just over the CF so the pattern will still be there, only, red.

Sadly I can't find stock moldings, and they've been shaved . So thats a ton of work to get back. I'll leave them shaved i'd just like to find the OEM Skirts for it.

    Is your car a hatch?

If so and you don't want the sideskirts and rear of that kit, I might be interested in it.

I have some +24 in 15x8 that I could throw on. But I actually need tires for them first.

can't the new oem muffler on it drags when i leave my driveway/pull onto my road. i dont even have the little whoop going into my driveway like in most neighborhoods, my driveway is about an inch and a half higher than the asphalt. getting onto my street though...it's quite a dip and sometimes the exhaust drags

    sum kid on here.

got them for $600, but 2 of the tires had bald spots...possible e-brak tokyo action....

so i spend another $200 in them to get tires.,.... basically i paid full price for a set of rpf1's and got $400 worth of tires for free.

and.... i give all the props to big darrly on that one. i contacted me ASAP when he saw them, and i was driving down there to get them as soon as dare hit me up. makes my car look 100% better.
