    Well CRX are on a great increase of value now days. On ebay, clean bone stock CRXs with low mileage go for $6k+ easily now. So it's about supply and demand now. The supply of clean rexes are on the decline while the demand is on the incline.

    As for you prices, they are way off. You can rarely find decent rexes for less than $1k. If you do it has rust, been beating to dead, and not well taken care of. Then you can't do a b16 swap for $1600. That's barely enough to cover the swap and shipping. Then I highly doubt you would just throw the motor in without a little maintenance and that can get costly to. I say that price is fair. Personally, if I had that CRX I wouldn't sell it, but if I had to then I wouldn't accept a penny less than that asking price. Clean CRXs = Rare.

    Nothing serious. I just happen to like this as well. If I have to, I can relax and take THIS one apart. That bogging I was talkin about awhile ago is the only problem. Been to cold and snowy to look around those vacuum lines.

    Thank you sir. And 5000, one solid car, on less headace to deal with while broke in Ohio. And if it wasnt a fair price, I wouldnt look into it. I'm not DESPERATE this time guys, so I can use reasoning.

    rhd = right hand drive

    i agree wit dare on the crx values

    i got mine for 600 bucks, completely stock, stock d15 had a bad water pump, leaking radiator, the brakes were shot, engine caked on oil, it was ugly as ****, fading maaco paintjob, had like around 15lbs of the bondo on the driver side door

    idc, i paid 600 bucks and drove it home, 1 hour drive

    im trying to put an ls in it, but there is plenty of stuff still wrong wit the chassis, interior, etc.

    i would have to say that 5 gs for that car is preety straight as long as that motor is strong and healthy.

    i think that price is rediculous... and so is what you are asking for your rex IMO.

    i say if you have 5,000 to spend on a car buy a swapped one for like 2500 and then fix it up a little or swap yours..... just saying

    Well after reading all of ur replies (being the point of this) I've reconsidered and I have no idea how much to price mine anyway just throwin numbers. Cuz mine as it was before the swap was 1900+1100 for the new motor and all the other lil things included. I've spent just about as much. So... this was just to ask before I decided to do something.

    The fixing up part though, I am not as skilled as you guys on here so I dont really like to get knee deep into things like yall can on a regular. At least not yet. gettin there and thanks for ur input.

    Ya for 5k you can buy a decent e36 325i or something.

    http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...000&cardist=40

    In others words buy a another car for 5k, and dont buy that rex. I love crxs, but thats way too much imo . if you have 5k to spend use it on the car you already own and make it reliable and do a swap or whatever needs to be done. Save yourself money and dont spend it all in one shot.

    You would know where all the cheap efs are since you buy and flip them for 3x the amount you pay for them.
