There is no "fuel relay," the main relay controls the ECU and fuel pump. More than likely the problem is the main relay, they tend to go bad.

Either way I have another ef enthusiast interested.a friend on here just purchased a 89 hf we will be doing some work to it also.it will be the second of our 2 car team.i'll be sure to aim him this direction.should have it on the road before too long.
