I don't have a link, I only have the word of Tom Downes (downest), who measured his stock B17 cams. I spoke with him today and he said that the B17 ex. cam is the best, but the difference to a CTR ex. cam is minor.

Yeah, those specs seem to be unknown to the internet.

Since Tom is the man, I trust his word. Since it's minor it's not really worth the hunt.
