    ok so i was looking across the net to find a how to build a reliable lsvtec and came across the site

    now when you go to the site click on the how to part lol

    it has all diffrent how to write up's with pics

    oh i picked up my Type R valve spring's today, im getting the vavles and retainers this friday

    P.S. help me find an LS crankshaft. im also picking up cory's car tomarrow were also gonaa be hangin out there as well.

    ill probably come by there tomorrow after church and ill look for you a crank shaft if you dont find one go look up on ebay and i was just doin some research and decided to learn about lsvtec

    It was pulled from Jermaine's car. Ran fine, but was leaking coolant down the front of the motor. I haven't pulled it apart but my guess is a blown/worn head gasket. Was gonna use it for a build...but I won't have the time nor the funding to finish TWO projects before I leave for boot...

    there you go dude the crank is worth that and your gonna need ls rods you cant us gsr or type r rods
