Ok. Well BigDare has told me that my car has the symptoms of jumping time. Anyone have a timing light? I'm in the process of checking codes to see if its something else. But in the meantime he and I now believe its timing.

if it jumped time its easy to spot. you dont need a timing light.
Put the motor on TDC and look at your cam gears. If they dont line up, it jumped

Thats the problem. Since i happen to have a cam gear leak, I cant actually see all of the timing marks. But yea, seems pretty simple.
