Gentleman, some of the squad met up tonight in order to plan out the rest of the Holiday meet. The results are as follows...and if you beg to differ...sucks, you should have had your words out with us tonight. Some minor changes may be made, but these are the basics we came up with...

::PLEASE NOTE:: This particular POST (not thread) will be continually updated with changes and stuff...so keep an eye on it...

Basics
Who: EF Squad of Atlanta
What: Holiday 2007 Meet
When: 2007DEC15 SAT 1943hrs (that's 7:43pm)
Where: WBHard's house (address will be up shortly)
Why: After the new year, several of us will be moving on to bigger and better things in our lives, and we'd like to have one last get together with as much of the EF Squad as possible.

Side (but important) Notes
1. The holiday meet will be at Hardman's house in Marietta, Ga. Please be respectful of his father (and the house) and thank him for the use of his house when you arrive.

2. It has been requested there be NO alcohol (we may consider wine...stay posted) for reasons undisclosed. If you want to b**ch/gripe about it...don't come. Blame me if you deem it neccesary.

3. PLEASE make sure you RSVP at least a couple days in advance, and post your food item (when the roster goes up).

4. EVERYONE is expected to bring a dish of some sort. There will soon be a roster IN THIS POST. To make it more enjoyable and offer variety, we ask that there be one item per person... If you can only do one per couple, that's fine, too. But we're looking to have some good variety. If someone has already posted up what you wanted/planned to bring; tough. Come up with something more creative...

5. We are requesting that the EF Squad make a good showing at this event, so try to plan accordingly and come out. As stated, some of us are leaving after the new year (in particular are myself, JFRO, and Dare...and I think one more?). We would like to see a large turn out.

6. We are not ONLY welcoming ONLY the EF Squad, but rather we are leaving it open to anyone who has had anything to do with the EF Squad. Doesn't matter if you owned an EF at one point in time, or if you just showed up to a meet with us to run the mountains, or just to drop in and say hey, or if you were just a passenger. We're welcoming out everyone.

7. As this meet will be somewhat personal, we are requesting everyone dress casually nice. This means nice jeans and a polo. Khakis if you wanna step up. Just don't come out in ripped up faded out t-shirts with shreaded jeans is what we're asking.

8. As this meet will be somewhat personal, we are MORE than welcoming to those in attendance who wish to bring a guest (such as a girl or boyfriend). We actually are kind of encouraging it.

9. NO PEPSI PRODUCTS. There's...rather humorous reasons you'll catch on to. But no pepsi products... ::EXCEPTION:: Mt. Dew is allowed...

I THINK that covers everything FOR NOW...but please stay posted and help me keep this updated...

For now I'm just starting a roster of who will be in attendance, plus a date if/when you know. This is NOT the food roster...the food roster will probably start on like the 5th of december, so start thinking...

Yeah, by "bring a dish" I don't mean you have to cook it. Just stop by publix or kroger or somethin' and grab stuff. By "dish" I just mean bring something food or drink...we'll need both.

I wasn't sure when exactly you were saying you were leaving, but I'm pretty sure you're the person I'm thinkin' of...

And don't give up on the misses. You don't HAVE to bring someone; it's not required...but it'd be fun. And if she's still mad at you at that point in time, you musta done SOMETHING...
