    Default Help with painting trim.

Okay I have no idea how to do this so someone help me here. What type of paint, sand paper, cleaner do I use to paint my bumpers and trim? How do I take my trim off? I know how to do my bumpers, just not the trim. And how many coats of paint should I apply? If you look at my car in the ef squad picture thread you'll notice it needs it pretty badly. Thanks for the help.

i'll have to get back @ you on the type of paint and sand paper, but i wouldn't take off the trim. just tape it off w/ newspaper, thats what i did and it turned out fine.

btw, painting the trims does ALOT for the look of your car

Autozone has the actual paint for the OEM trim. Its in a green spraycan with a black cap. Its Dupli-Color Trim Paint. I think any auto store should have it.

I'd just newspaper off the trim and paint it untill it looks good.
