Hey Gsrcrx, as far as your setup goes, I would think about getting rid of the Vafc and get a chipped ecu or convert to OBD1. It is hard to run that big of an injector on a piggyback. Also, if you are running a T25 then it depends on the specs of the turbo as to how much boost you can run. I would also get a 3 bar map so the ecu can see the correct boost since the stock map can only go up to about 12psi.

As far as Halfwits, the first block was machined too tight and I did not double check what the machine shop did. I will admit that I trusted their work and did not check the piston to wall clearance. You could see the scaring on the sides of the pistons from them touching the cylinder walls. We will be putting his back together this week. We changed the design of his manifold to see if we could get some more power out of it.

We will also be finishing the tuning on another D16z6 this week that already made 300whp on just 13psi. This one was done by a different machine shop.
