well, darryl told me that crx si and HB dx calipers are the same, or that the brake pads would "interchange" and that wasn't right. Idk if they sent me the wrong pads or something, but i know i bought CRX Si brake pads, and they dont ****ing fit! lol

my car have civic dx calipers with crx si pads.
I believe they sent you the wrong pads or you have base/hf hubs. Plus, all you said was they dont fit, but what was the problem? Post pics of the pads.

After doing some research, I found out that 88-89 CRX Si pads work on all 88-91 Civic models (except the base), while 90-91 CRX Si pads only work on 90-91 CRX Si's. That's why my 88 Si pads worked on Robert's 90 Dx calipers and your 91 CRX Si pads dont work on your 90 Civic Dx.
Just ask Jfrolang to post those on CRXcommunity for you. They should sell quick there.

darryl, tks fr the AEM CAI bro, installed it tonight and i can actually notice a difference. it has a deeper, rasper sound around 4-5k, and has a good bit of pickup in higher RPM's
but this could also be because it's like 45 degrees outside
