The 1.5 is a pretty nice motor to build on a budget. I would throw the bitch in the crx with a quickness! Then decide what you want to do with it turbo, allmota, or nas. Best bang for your buck is nos, but your motor won't last that long unless its built (talk to kevin about nos). My favorite would be n/a (cuz I'm cool like that). Find a set of zc pistons, get a set of eagle rods and bam you got a lil nasty 1.5 with around 11 sumthing c/r. Then last turbo, I don't really know about that, but I hear a d can hold about 200hp so look to max out around that unless you change your rods. On all the setups I would go with a vtec head (y8 on the n/a cuz of the higher c/r it gives and z6 on the rest). All the setup would be fun as hell to drive and look to beat most stock b-swap efs.

Well, the d-series in the CRx will be kept track, and will be kept NA. The goal for it was only around 130whp, give or take. Any guesses on power from going ZC pistons with D15B2 head + MPFI?

The b-series will be in the Civic, the DD, and thats' the one I"m not POSITIVE on how I wanna build...yet...

I would stay d (just look at cliff). You break one, you can find one anywhere for cheap and they got great aftermarket support. Next would be a ls for just about the same reason as the d.

I'm seeing also the P29 pistons are the same as the PM7's...

Well, boys...looks like it's settled. I'll be leaving the B18LS alone in the civic for a while. Selling off the second b18 motor and it's tranny. I'll be keeping the D15B2 that originally come from the civic...because it runs fine, I'm not going ot touch it. Just leave it in the garage as a backup. I'll be taking the other D15B2, since it doesn't run (AgentEasy and I have a deal worked out), tearing it apart, and be building a D15...y8...ZC. I believe this is called the "Mini-me." The CRx will then be OBD1, and the car will get the skunk2's and some other mods. The CRx will then be in the "E-Prepared" class for SCCA Solo/Solo2. The civic will get it's guts back (interior and such) and be made back into a comfortable daily driver. When the CRx is done, I'll figure out what I wanna do with the LS. Probably buy another LS motor, tear it apart, and build it whichever style, do the swap, and sell off the stock B18LS motor.
