My si had rust and had alot of body damage, my new crx which is the red one (HF) is cleaner in the inside and the body is in great conditions with no rust or leaks anywhere. The Si was just to Fucked up for me to even bring it close to being the cleanest EF around town, it needed way to much body work plus bondo LOL, my CARB motor was actually making it worse so I had to put the regular (D series) motor back in it and sell it asap because I think it was bad luck.

NGK Makes Iridium plugs too I believe. I used to run them in my dirtbike. I also ran a Protruded end in my dirtbike as well. I'd like to find out if there's enough clearance that i could run them in my car. I think there is. But i'll have to check it out firrst lol

Why do you say that? They work good for some applications. Just as do cheap plugs. I know a guy who had a car that wouldnt run right unless it had cheap ass Champion Plugs. lol

I would never run iridium in any of my vehicles. There is no point, and plus my CRX is turbo with nitrous so the LAST thing I need is hotter burning plugs.

    My CRX: NGK V-Power
    My 510: NGK Standard
    My 4Runner: Denso Factory Plugs

I have tried other plugs in my CRX in the past and all they have done is either made it run like shit, fouled out OMG fast, or both. I'm not paying twice the money for a spark plug that is nothing but a gimmick IMO.

Actually, they're NGK iridium's (the ones I HAD in). They're in the LS. They're supposedly the "better plug". They were in the engine when I got it...

Hey, EF'ers. I'm looking for a 91 civ hatch helms manual. Tried downloading. Only got the one for the 88-89 CRx.

I've also got the 90-93 teg and 94+ teg if anyone happens to need 'em.

If they all work the same, I can have my friend look up in the Haynes I had for my EK on how to test the MAP Sensor. I know its something to do with an Ohm's meter lol

Well, I looked at the Teggy Helms, and according to it, if the map IS infact messing up, it should give me a code. ECU throws no codes...

Profiling. Now we know where you live, your occupation and social security number. That way we can steal your social security when you're a senior citizen...if there's anything left when you hit that age.

If have a sunroof its a Si. If your cluster has a redline of like 5000rpms and have a shift light then its a hf. Last if your engine harness was modified in anyway (mpfi swap) then its a dx. Those are like the easiest ways to tell the difference between models.

As for the purpose of this thread. Well, when I goto different meets I see a lot of EFs that I never see at the EF meets. I ask them why they don't come out? They respond "I didn't know about it." So I'm making a list of all the EF drivers so we all can keep in touch. Plus, if you need something for your EF, more than likely one of the people on my first post has it or can find it for you.

Spoon, still curious about that lip in the front...

I want/need to find me something smaller than my 17's, I just can't afford to buy right now. I'm thinking 15 or 16 rota slips or circuits. Just gotta get money...

Honestly...we should make another EF thread and list what people can do to help each other out (EF only) I mean...I dont' like lending my tools, but if I can help an EF'r out, I will. For example, I've got a cherry picker, a bunch of misc parts, the helms (hardcopy) manual, and I'm experienced all the way around on those D15's, and doing alot of work to them... Maybe make like a "no comments" one or something? I don't know, jstu a thought. It'd be cool if I had to do something and got lost and could look up in this "directory" who had done the same kind of work before so I could contact them and ask them. I've been asked god knows how many times about my brake swaps...

jmmx258 your car looks good! Alot of people on here are quick to bash people and their cars with kits are considered RICE but IMO I think people build there cars to his or her's own unique personality and some kits can look good on cars, if you just dress them up right LOL but +1 for you

I've been asked god knows how many times about my brake swaps...
word. also .... maybe set up a gwinnett meet or close to it. ( lilburn/snellville/stone mtn area) thats a fairly central location.) theres an old grocery store parking lot off hwy 78 and west park pl. in stone mtn that has been vacant for YEARS ans i think it will be a great place to meet.
