Ha. yeah, the last accident I got in was a drunk driver that was uninsured, We had uninsured motorist up to 40k on our policy, ended up having to sue my own insurance company to get it though.

Thanks guys, again, it kinda sucks the car is gone, but I'm thankfull as shit my wife is ok. This does though, help with our car situation, since we werent really sure what to sell and what to keep.
