285e just before LaVista. Black Miata (not sure if it was an NA or NB, but prob a NB) merges in behind me and milks me into a run. We drop from 50 and I pull - shift to 3rd and pull, then he pulls hard around me. Wasn't a salughter, but he kept increasing the distance. 2nd run from 60, we drop and he got squirelly close to the wall so we shut down. he made a "wavy hand" signal to let me know that he got loose but I saw it already and waited for the retry. We drop from 60, this was a better run b/c we were neck and neck, one I hit 4th though he found some power and pulled a way again.

- black miata
- peanut butter top (non-hardtop)
- some kinda kit (possibly oem) w/ what looked like molded-on fogs in the front (yellow)
- black guy driving
- possibly a small skull/crossbones sticker on the truck lid

LoL. I know. Cuda's my dream muscle car... If I had the money, I'd have bought one of them over my stang ANY day. If I had the money, it'd be my project to restore one. I've thought about pulling and old 60's stang from a salvage yard or something and resurrecting it to look like my car. But my assumption is by the time it'd be done, I'd be looking to sell my current stang, already... The projects I'm looking at I could see EASILY taking 5-10 years...

Na, that's a 71 Cuda. But that's my dad's. 93k original miles with a 340 slapstick. He's had that car almost 30 years now. Bought it in 1981. This car is going to be more of a driver than an auction/moneymaker. The fog lights from my car were used as a single headlight on OLD Harley's....so I got two. LOL
