straightsix, i see you lurking....
whats your take on GC's w/ kyb agx's?
ive had them on my car for like 4 years, shocks have never blown or anything.
yea, but how often does that car get driven?
what drop is that sitting @?
Topic change!
okay so my neighbor always call the county on every thing so its been a while so me and my parents come home to a notice the other day. Apparently u cant diassembly or do any major engine repair or suspension repair or any thing that cause u to take the car apart so my hatch doesnt have the motor in it yet i am waiting on part and money!!! this one is completely assemblyed by the way.
i found out u cant keep a car in ur drivway unless it has engine in it and it is drivableand it has to be registered and insured to just be in the MF driveway!!!! so i have To keep my car in public storage until i am dun with the engine and it is in the car. the public storage place is 3 miles from my house my f*ck'n neighbor ruin every thing
i have lost 2 car beacuse of them!!!!!!
I would estimate the suspension has 50k on it, i used to drive the car from dahlonega to duluth every day. Now pretty much every time it gets driven im doing a mountain run or something very strenuous on the suspension. I would estimate its at about 3" drop right nowQuote:

I think the Konis have better compression and rebound valving over nearly any other damper for our cars. I think the only other alternative I might consider would be Bilsteins. Most people seem to run the Konis, though, and I've never talked to anyone about how the Bilsteins for our cars perform.
I do have first hand experience with Koni Reds and Bilstein Sports on two seperate cars. I had Bilstein Sports on a 1982 BMW 320iS with Suspension Techniques springs and the car rode very firm. I loved the way that car drove with the suspension set up. The Koni Reds were on a 1984 BMW 318i with H & R springs. The 318 drove really nicely with a good firm ride that i thought was a little on the soft side, but I got compliments on how the car rode from several passengers.
As with a lot of things in aftermarket parts, you're going to get what you pay for.
