I have the GY adidas in white/black. I pretty much wear them every day. My only complaint is that they don't have quite the soft sole I'm used to. I guess that comes from years of wearing tennis shoes and running shoes. Of course, the tradeoff is worth it when you can work the pedals better through the thinner soles. Combine them with a nice set of FUNCTIONAL pedal covers like Mugens, and it's aweseom.

To get around the wide problem I just buy a pair thats a little to small. They're comfortable and skinny. Don't know why, but for me skater shoes work out great.Quote:

I've also heard of using wrestling shoes..which are basically racing shoes. Hightop and everything. Asics makes a GREAT pair.
As for the wideness, it's not necc. the fact that you're getting a smaller shoe...it's the way the adidas/diesel's (believe it or not, they have a shoe or two out that's good)/simpson/pumas are designed... When you see 'em, you'll understand...
