This is a Dual 12" Ported Enclosure built for AudioQue SDC's. It is made out of 3/4" Grade A MDF around the sides and 1.5" MDF on the front. It has a front baffle to so the subs will sit flush. It includes 45 degreen corners, painted port, and a recessed channel on the sides for a clean carpet wrap. It is wrapped in charcoal carpet.
Now Open Later On Friday and Saturday - Open until 8pm!

This was for a customer that drove from Florida to have an enclosure build. This is 2 15" RD Audio Heavy Weights in a 6th Order Bandpass enclosure. The customer wanted to put out numbers in competition, so this was going to be a wall build in a Scion TC. The customer was unable to drop the car so it can be built inside the car. So we built the largest enclosure we could that would simply slide into the car. From there, it would be framed off to isolate the back from the front. However, he will be changing the subs soon and will need to build a different enclosure. So we stopped after the enclosure was in and playing. We first built up the floor to support the enclosure and subwoofer weight...took 3 of us to left this box with the subs in it. The enclosure is built of 1.5" Birch inside and out. It comes with the usual 45 degree angles and rounded ports like we do all our enclosures. We then built an amp rack to support the two amps and the batteries.

This is a real simple box build for a Dodge Charger. It is a basic Dual 12" Vented enclosure for 2 DB Drive K9 subs. We installed the Hifonics amp/cap along with the enclosure. Normally do not post simple box photos, but wanted to add this one to show the two-tone carpet look.

This is for a customer that has 2 Lanzar 12" Optidrives. He wanted something flashy and wanted it to output SPL. He previously had 2 12" RD Audio subs in a vented enclosure. The enclosure was built with plexiglass windows and LED lights to show off the subs. The inside was painted a pearl white to ensure the light would pop. The center plexiglass is removable to allow access to the subs. It was finished in beige vinyl. We Termlab'd the system when it was finished. The subs were being pushed by a Sundown Audio 3500D. We only tested the system with the gain up 1/4 of the way and bass boost up 1/4 of the way since the subs were new and didn't want to overwork them. He was hitting 146dB and would be clearing 150-151dB once tuned properly.

I am finally getting back to posting some enclosure photos...we have been slammed with work and have not had much time to be on IA.
This enclosure is for 2 10" JL Audio W7 subs in a ported enclosure. It is made of 3/4" Grade A MDF with a triple thick front baffle. It comes with an internal brace for the W7 power. The enclosure is finished in black carpet and red suede. It also includes a custom JL logo to make the box pop.

This was for the a last gen Honda Prelude. He went with our Alpine system consisting of 2 Alpine Type R 10" subs and the Alpine MRP-M1000 amp. He wanted something that was going to have sound quality, get loud, and retain some trunk space. We went with a sealed enclosure and a custom trim plate to have an OEM integration look while retaining a good portion of his trunk space. The trim piece was wrapped in black carpet to match the black exterior of the car. The final photos were taken prior to vacuuming the trunk and washing the car.

Stopped by and grabbed some HIDs for my truck. Tried to install them when I got home and they wouldn't work. Swapped the power and ground on the plug that went to my truck and it fixed it.
One Big Ass Mistake America
Yes, some vehicles are different even though they are the same plug. That is a common issue with 9006/9005...some vehicle has the power on the left and some on the right...so the plug has to be flipped both ways to find the right one. Thanks
