Hey I need a quote on...

-Clarion NX500 HU installed (w/o using metra harness- I want a spliced install and stock amp bypass)
-A low cost but good quality amp
-Install of my shitty bazooka tube sub (the right way with tucked wires)

I can get a NX500 for $600, so I buy my own if that helps the price any

We actually do not carry Clarion, so you would have to get it. The best priced amp that I have is the Quantum Audio QB2150 for $80, it can be seen here...

The rated power shown on the website is MAX, RMS is about half of that. So it would be a good fit for the Bazooka without overpowering it. If you do not have amplifier wiring for the install, we have 8 gauge kits for $10 and 4 gauge kits for $20. 8 gauge is more than fine for that set-up, but if you ever want to upgrade in that same vehicle to more power, it is better to get the 4 gauge.

To install the amp/sub, it will be $90 labor. To hardwire the headunit and bypass the stock amp, it will be $185 labor. Now, since it is being hardwired and bypassed, we would not offer any warranty on the headunit install. The amp/sub install would have a 1 year warranty and the amp itself would have a 1 year warranty.

As far as the installation quality, you can check some of our installs under our installation section. Plus we have 600+ additional install photos at the store for viewing. I would put our work up against any shop out there. Thanks
