Guys, to ensure that we are providing the best HID products to our customers, we have been researching and testing any defective products that have come back. We have found that in 99.9% of the items, that underpowering the ballasts would damage the ballast. What is happening is that some vehicles are supplying enough power to turn them on, but due to low power input after they are on, it wears out the ballast and causes it to fail.

The solution is to install a HID Wire Relay. This connects the HID Kit directly to the battery and will allow 100% stable power to flow to the ballasts and not underpower them. The HID Wire Relay is only $5 and you only need 1 relay for 1 HID Kit...meaning 1 relay powers 2 ballasts.

Here is our new warranty policy as of 10/21/09. This is effective as of 10/21/09 for all new purchases.

HID Kit Warranty: All HID Kits carry a Lifetime Warranty ONLY if a HID Wire Relay is purchased and installed with the HID Kit. If not, there is no warranty on the HID Kit and will be a $10 charge to replace a defective item.

HID Bulbs/Ballasts Warranty: Any HID products that are bought individually and used with other HID Kits carry no warranty.

All warranty claims will have to come in with the vehicle they are installed on. We will inspect it to ensure that it is our full kit being used and if the HID Wire Relay is installed. If it is found that there is no HID Wire Relay or if other HID Kits are used with our products, there will be no warranty. There will be a $10 charge to replace the defective product.

For all HID Kits sold prior to 10/21/09, you can still enjoy your Lifetime Warranty ONLY if you come a purchase a HID Wire Relay. If you bring in a ballast or bulb for warranty and do not have HID Wire Relay installed, there will be a $10 charge to replace the defective product.
