The problem is you currently have sealed beam headlights. So to install HIDs you need to convert over to headlights that allow you to replace the bulb. Luckily, your vehicle has tons of options for this. I have attached a link on Ebay that will give you tons of options to convert your lights in headlights with halos. Once you have bought one of these conversions, then you will be able to install HIDs on it.

Yeah, they will be fine. You will need a H4 HID kit.
