Yes, the 99 Civics have the H4/9003 bulbs. Yes, the single beam kit will be a lo beam only. Most people choose this option since the HID lo beam will already be 4-5 times brighter than your stock hi beam. If you do want a hi/lo kit, it will be $125.Quote:
