    im not going to be a dick or anything
    but judging from the pictures and the damage the punks did to your car.

    seems like insurance fraud.

    due to no body damage done to your car nor any damages to your headlighs nor the tail lights.
    why attack only windows where obviously you can put major dents to the body?

    if you look closely you could obviously see that that is exactly what he did. the pipe he has welded is directly in the center if the manifold he just has it offsetted...
