    posted it up in the :car pics: i guess ill put one here too


    but I juss got bored one day while surfin the net on other forums and came across this lil mod for your short shifter.
    So i said, hey looks like a pretty good lil idea...
    and went out to Tractor Supply and got me a few things.. which was no more than about 20 bucks:..
    went home had to do a lil bit of tap & die, & saw off the end of a stud and 15 mins later i get this..

    it shifts like a charm ..

    There is a road race shifter that comes up kind of like that. I don't remember who makes it... I'll ask my brother, since he spent some time looking at them.

    its feels better in a way, frm the throws between shifts....
    its extended on top of a short shifter w/ poly bushin. also brings shifter closer to the steering wheel
