Le Mans is right around the corner, scrutineering starts this weekend and track action starts Wednesday.

So...the fight will be Peugeot VS Audi, many say this is the year that will be the BEST year at Le Mans.

Obviously I am going for Peugeot but it won't be a dominate race.

Just looked at the entry list again, I guess there are more? Where is Acura?

I never liked the car being called an Acura as it was all done for marketing purposes. French Courage designed the chassis and HPD built the engine. Now the car is just called HPD.

I have yet to see the Le Mans bodywork for the car.

I feel dumb asking but what happened to the LMP1 "Acuras" from last year? Am I just missing them?

i think they realized they couldnt win against the diesels and it was a waste of money. Also, way too slow for Le Mans.

Your welcome guys. that coverage got me through the work day today with out getting a damn thing done.

Peugeot seemed to be dominating during the day but Audi was running a quicker night pace. It was still off the top times of the Peugeots that they set earlier though.

Im excited to see how the Mansells do! Im not expecting them to win but they are a definite dark horse.

The race hasn't even started but i've download 8GBs of Eurosport coverage already. Got two TVs set up. One for Speedtv and the other for internet stream.

Got Eurosport + Radio Le Mans on one TV and soccer on the other.

Anyone listening to RLM? They said the second and third safety cars are going slower.

The TV coverage missed it so no vid clips that I have seen yet but it looked like left rear tire failure that bounced him off both walls.

Wanted to point out that those 4 Pugs that were leading the Audis have now turned to the #2 car leading the #8 and #9 Audi.

I will never forget showing up at Sebring and being told the Peugeot team was given the choice to have Audi compete and they said no.

Peugeot doesn't cheat. If I were them I wouldn't want a car looking like that Audi racing against me either. lol

Peugeot has real passionate drivers, passionate team, and true balls out emotion driving. Audi is just.......yeah lets race so we can make commercials.

Bourdais is the only one I don't like. I haven't like him since Indy or CART or whatever he ran.

Exaclty which ex F1 boy on the Pug team has emotion? They are the typical ex F1 robots.

The most emotion from Pugs is Bourdais yelling at his mechanics.

All of them, the team, drivers, etc. Davidson has more balls and straight dick head determination than anyone out there, I highly respect selfish stupid fast drivers that drive their heart out.

I give total props to Audi don't get me wrong, I just don't feel emotion from them. McNish is a great guy, I really like him, but I feel the way you do to Peugeot.

Again. After i showed up to Sebring and had to watch the Pugs drive round in circles for a fake win, i made up my mind.

Peugeot wants to win so bad they have no real competition spirit. Anyone who sees winning as not allowing your ONLY challenger to not compete, is a loser.

Peugeot should pay the money for my ticket for that nonsense i watched.

Didn't Audi have a car not entirely legal?

Peugeot should want to win, they're here to dominate and win at any cost. It may not be the best way to win but if you find loopholes and if it takes total ballsy driving, go for it.
