NEWS from Le Mans Information from Flying Lizards blog Saturday June 13 5:35 am - We have been notified that Darren is fine, he will return to the garage. Sadly, this appears to be the end of our fifth Le Mans. I am disconnecting the radio for now. I'll give you more detail as soon as I have it.

they have not showed the wreck because even though he's concious, he's still in hospital.

It happened at Dunlop esses -> Tetra Rouge and it might have been a blowover. Only the actual tub remained and they were bringing out the cloth screens to keep people from seeing. (The worst sign in racing)

    driver was Benoit Treluyer

I love the sound of the Lola Astons. I have to get a nice sound clip of that car going through the gears. I've got a Eurosport stream going along with watching it on Speed. The Eurosport stream is great because the commentators also enjoy hearing the cars so when they do the in car they shut up and let you hear the sweet music. The Vettes also sound bad ass.

It seems he does that every year. When they did the documentary on ESPN he did the same thing. It's really cool seeing how in touch these guys are with the track.

LOL it was a clip from the documentary (Truth in 24). I do have to say that is one of my favorite parts of the film since you get a better feel of what the driver goes through in 8 and a half miles of intense racing which takes only 3:24 (or less).

I hope Audi will get some kind of miracle and pull out another win. I really feel that they lost a lot of ground by not being in the ALMS and debugging their brand new car.

Now everyone wants to play copycat and group their cars together. Corvette even pulled in the pits for a quick detail.

Hey everyone. My internet died at 2:00 Am last night so i couldn't type or watch on the net. Glad speedTV showed till the end. (Im typing this from friends house)

Well Simon, congrats. The Pugs did it fair and it really was good for the sport to see them win.

You think this is the last time the 908 goes in factory colors?
