I won my TTS every time I entered in 07 and I wouldn't say it was very hard. The only reason i would come run this year would be to chase Reese Cox in TTU
this is very true. Reese's vette is the only car worth running against in a car like yours. As for me, I have looked at records for E36 M3's with equal mods....my 325 the same times?

So are you guys going to be ready for the first event??

I hope so, I've got my motor almost ready to go in the car, I need to get enough money together to get a center diff for my tranny and then I should be good to go.

Cage still isn't in the car either, I need to get on that as well but I started a new business and its taking up a lot of my time.

Yeah, two weeks is not much time, and being on the east coast its less then that.

Im kinda in the same boat as you. LOTS of stuff is getting done to the car so it wont be ready until mid season...hopefully by the autobahn event.

So Unlimited can run non DOT-R tires now? What do you plan on running, the yok's or the pirelli's?

I'm only running the 4 east coast events.

I'm undecided on a class yet, I'm waiting on an email from the UK on if the wrc roll up window regulators will fin in a standard door, if they will I may put the car back together enough to run in street class, so I can win the Jim Russell Driving School thing. If not then Modified.

This is true. And at the end of the day, "solo1" pays more then regional road racing.

And I have ZERO interest in running NASA. I would much rather run a series with tons of competition and contingency and TV coverage...something you don't get with NASA.

Yeah, same here for this season as long as the car is together by the autobahn event.

Yeah, I saw that thing for the Yokohama shootout. That is awesome! Sadly, my car is to far away now from street class. But what I dont understand (and I might have miss read this) is why Yokohama says you can run any tire even if its not there tire, and as long as you have there sticker on the car you are in the shootout??
