Remember how the cars need to be heavily slowed down for 2009. I think the ACO said 30 secs a lap slower at LeMans.


I think all those little Shark Gills and intricate grooves ptovide extra downforce but in ways not restricted by the regulations. Think of it in the same way as these aero packs being allowed on the F1 cars for 2008 but gone for 2009.
