That actually seems like a good price for a fully built, ready to go race car.

The Panoz Esperatne pre-dates the S2000, iirc.

    Nice looking cars, though!

oh you mean when they finished 25th and 282 laps down?

if your talking about the Batmobile, thats a whole different car and probably the only good thing to come out of panoz/elan.

Does this qualify for current GT2 regulations?

I know the car will probably be uncompetitive unless run in a HSR like series.

School cars were fun, but squared tubed Mustangs. I <3 them lol.

Not sure if this can be ran next year, i'd run it in HSR, SCCA, other stuff for kicks lol

well the panoz family owns ALMS and IMSA, so they could keep it legal in alms as long as they want, but as far as Le Mans and the European series, I dont know if he has any real pull with the ACO. I know they are "partners" but I doubt he has any controlling interest there.

I know he owns ALMS but i have always thought the ACO is stuff to anyone but themselves about dictating rules for future cars. Even the FIA.

The car is basically a damned mustang-powered tube chassis car with ELECTRICAL NIGHTMARES. Heard of old 'SPARKY'? That was the name dubbed from the electrical 'ENGINEERS' that couldn't ever figure out the causes. lol lol 99k might sound cheap but soon add on additional costs for routine maintenace and repair. almost DAILY. If you want good ol american power, get a good used C5-R, C6-R Corvette or Viper or some shit. Better IMHO.
I don't need a sig. Oh wait, damn it.
