    the 300zx twin turbo has upgraded turbos 60 psi boost in the rsx is fully built k20 turbo on 20psiboost

    30% is car and 70% is on how well the guy's can drive! You could have a fully built Honda vs a semi built Honda and the semi bulit could win if the guy knew how to drive and the other guy didn't. Just depends. How about yall find out and make a video, then post the video in the Video section.
