Very true..my buddy had an 03 cobra w/ kennebell charger and some other goodies and had WAY more power than half the sh it he raced but never invested in radials. The fastest f22 accord ive seen(non-turbo) was my 94 4 door with i/h/e that ran a 15.6 with slightly slipping clutch.....Unless you are spraying it...i dont see it happening with intake and exhaust...
Btw i was out there friday night....None of the honda's were really running worth a ****....Except Berta who ran 13.3 spinning
