How exactly is that related to insurance fraud? Going out in the middle of the night when there's no other cars around is completely different than defrauding an insurance company and causing other ppl's insurance rates to rise.

Lying, being dishonest and essentially stealing is not the same. Illegal? Yes. Stealing/Fraud? No.

Well, you can buy track insurance. It is usually based on the price of the vehicle and how many track days you want. This is the way to fully cover yourself while running on the track.

its related because street racing when noone is around or when someone is, is stupid.... commiting insurance fraud is stupid...

Street racing breaking the law and not getting caught

lying about an accident to get your car fixed.... breaking the law and not getting caught..

you can get caught street racing...you can get caught with fraud.,..both not worth the risks. i mean if your gonna get fussy about insurance fraud get fussy about things that fuck up stuff for other folks as well..

Bottom line, insurance companies are cheap bastards. Shit happens so just accept it. Just get a DD in addition to the project car.

People who claim BS on insurance due to self fault makes my insurance go up. AND YES, Wrecks do affect EVERYONES insurance. Not just theft. Not just for a certain car. Payouts for injury are #1 cause in insurance hikes..

+1 for Insurance Fraud people serving jail time.

i think youre actually stupider than trymy4.0.....fucking tard...let me let you in on a clue, when you open an insurance policy, you either signed or put your electronic john hancock on a contract....most contracts will state the following, under the exclusions part of the contract, and i quote...

"if an exclusion applies, coverage will not be afforded....blah blah blah....."

    here's the kicker...

"to any person resulting from, or sustained during practice or preperation for:
    a. any pre-arranged or organized racing, stunting, speed, or demolition contest or activity; or

    b. any driving activity conducted on a permanent or temporary racetrack or race course"

so argue if you will....you will lose, end of story, and to those of you who say your buddies were covered after an accident are fools, if they told the whole truth about the accident i can almost gurantee 99% of insurance companies would not have covered the accident unless there were specific provisions for the car being raced to begin with, which i dont know, but i doubt even exists
