We would go, except we are having a Drift Fury event the day before.

Maybe we can still make it. What is the deal with payouts? Last time we went we didn't get paid out although there were 40 drivers (I know it was Drift411 but you guys are affiliated).

You mention Drift411 in your post and they thanked you at the last event. You were also a judge, if I'm not mistaken. That's why I asked. What are the payouts exactly and are they guaranteed? Or is is based on how many people show up and if so, how many need to show up? I think Dan got paid at your last event.

SCCA was "Services for Hire" at the Formula Drift Pro Am event, it is actually NASA sanctioned if you want to get down to it ..lol

Payouts are dynamic to how many entries we get, there will be at least a $300 Purse

$150 - First + Trophy + Free Entry to Next SCCA Series Event
$100 - Second + Trophy + Free Entry to Next SCCA Series Event
    $50 - Third + Trophy

I wish I had the vid of Jamey and everyone else in his crew going off on us the time Mike Frohock didn't make it in. That was not funny stuff, but it happens.

I can actually make it to an event for once...my only concern is the noise limit thing. Cam, headers, and bullet muffler's=very loud. Gues theres only one way to find out if its not to loud.

noise limit? There are a few cars that run straight pipes at the events so you should be fine to run.

This is a great venue and event to learn at with plenty of practice time and a relaxed fun atmosphere. Im hoping to work on running the correct line so i can qualify. I think I have the smoke, speed, and angle part down somewhat.

Put a orange flag on your car like a go kart so when you go out the corner workers and fans can take a few steps back
