Did a compression test a few min ago and it wouldnt read anything then it blew out a puff of what looked like exhaust out of the intake and read 25psi. Did the same thing on every cylinder.

check the timing belt... 25 is not good... should be 180+
I checked it and its good and tight, no missing teeth, and my cam gears are set at the same place. Im at a loss with this car.
but have you put eyes on all of the timing marks... dont assume anything...
I did but I will double and triple check before I pull the head off next weekend.
take the gauge off of your compression gauge and hook an air source to it... make sure the valves are closed because you want to find out where the compression is going, idealy is the piston is at the bottom of the stroke, the air will push it there anyways... remove the radiator cap and look/listen for bubbles... remove the dip stick and listen for air.. remove the air intake, listen there and listen at the end of the tail pipe... if it comes out of the radiator, its a head gasket... if it comes out of the dip stick, rings or pistons... intake or exhaust pipe, its the corresponding valves... obviously it could be any combination of these... perform check on all cylinders and report back... that air is going to go somewheres...
Alright will do, I appreciate it.
Update: Ok I have compression, replaced everything in the dizzy so im getting good white fire now, and its turning over fine and trying to crank. But everytime it tries to crank it just puffs white smoke out of the intake.
Sounds to me like it's out of trimming??? Make sure it's dead on

not gonna run with no compression...lol
Just because the rotor button points towards cylinder one does not mean the cams are Dead on... make sure the alignment marks all line up

^^^this... ignition timing and cam timing are not the same...
Yup cam gear marks are far from lining up flush with the head when the crank pulley marks line up. Ordered a timing belt/water pump so ill be doing that this weekend.
I've been telling him what to do I guess he doesn't believe me lol.
Did the timing belt and timed it with the timing light. All of that is dead on but the new issue is that it is idling very hard and has a 2500 rpm fuel cut. Any more insight on this?
my mini cooper s is in need of new turbo oil lines. is it a good idea to make custom lines? if so where can i find a kit or something?
