the p8r has 84mm chambers so that's not the best option for his setup - if he had a b20 it would be though.
i somewhat agree however, a p8r head will fit onto his b18 81mm sleeved block as long as the b20 headgasket is used. It will lower the compression a tad though - is that why you said that it's not the best option?
