This past week, I decided to out of the blue, email the SpeedTV Network about their show called "Bullrun". I emailed them about a possibly opportunity to compete in their upcoming rally event, the Bullrun Rally USA 2011, and I was immediately responded to and have been speaking with Andy Duncan in regards to competing in this years rally.

They have seen pics of my car, and they want to have me and my father on the show, bad. They are even willing to help me find sponsors for the $20K entrance fee.

Question is, if you were to try to find sponsors, how would you do it, and who would you ask? I've sent about 20 emails so far, and more are sure to follow...

    Thanks guys.

Email and call as much as you can, the smaller companies may not have as much money but they could surely use the exposure. Weksos, PasswordJDM, Beaks, S3mag, etc. I would hound these companies (as opposed to Eibach, Tien, Skunk2, etc though for sure try them as well if you have time ) as you will have a better chance at getting to the owner\CEO as they typically have very small staffs...crap, Beaks cant even update their website! lol Also, through this you can possibly score some sponsored product as well if your lucky. Just make sure you offer in your emails that you are willing to display sponsorship on your car FOR THE DURATION of the show and provide sponsor details to the media at every opportunity. Make it sound good to them, keep in mind that the "tuner" world is not that big in the media's eye so anything that gets the "tuner" out there more and their company name more exposure is just gravy for them. Beaks can spare $1000 im sure and there is already 1/20th of the entry fee. GL!
