Yes he's stupid. He came by my house last night and said he been a k swapped civic, a 400hp dsm, an evo, and some other stuff. I know he doesn't have headers because he was asking me about putting some on.

It's not a setup believe me. If I had something worth racing then I would do it.

I gotta get my retune with Hondata boost solenoid installed so I can do boost by gear. Breaking loose in every gear accept 5th is no fun and pointless to me.

Yes and no; had normal street tires. Blew those off and then put bfg drag radials on, and did lot better but not satisfied. So that's why I'm doing it.

Im stating i have two bikes ill run hince 2 sets of two wheels but one of em likes to stay on one wheel 1st-4th and coming down at 140 isnt too fun it will be stretched too soon.

yea... ummm..... no lol.. when you break the 400whp mark with a FWD, the distribution of evenly applied power becomes crucial in getting the car to do anything except a burnout, especially in 1-4th gears.

I used to break traction in 1-4th until I retuned with my AEM and then i'm waiting to install my APEXi and even right now when 1-4th hit a full 14psi, the car will loose traction all day. And i'm on BFG KDW2's... (same as the from factory NSX's)

thats why i thank god and am thankful every time i get back home or i make a pass down the track i just hope i never fall off doing 100+ like some have at the track or street. i would never try and walk a bike up to them speeds again ill admit it scared me. It was just simply my first time riding a short wheel base bike with stupid power and i wanted to see what it was about. I see now why zx10's are called widow makers.

who's talkin smack? i'm askin if he's got 500+whp, how the HELL can you have traction in 2nd gear with a FWD. You can have all the motor mounts, LSD, and built proofed transmission you want, but it'll still spin on the street.

not trying to be an instigator? I merely stated a fact... and I don't think justin took it the way you ATTEMPTED to blow it up to be. Hell, me and Justin never once talked about racing eachother lol... but good try at trying to blow that up too. He and I both know what it takes for a high hp FWD car to maintain traction and I asked if he had over 500whp, how the hell is he keepin it, and I suggested the only way is that he must be on slicks... and he said he is lol. So apparently it wasn't my ego, but it was my mere facts that were right in this case.

I drive in the SCCA bro, I know what it takes to keep a car on a track and accelerate. I'm well aware of the FACT that there are some faster cars here in columbus than mine, but the stock 03 mustang GT that we've all been talking about since page 516 is not one of them lol. unless it's completely gutted, re-geared, on slicks, and has some hella-motor mounts, "on paper" it's easy to see that it doesn't stand a chance even at 300whp on low boost.

btw, i'll race ya to Atlanta and back lol... just looking at the specs of that tire. that screams 150mph on a straight away, and 8mph on an on/off ramp lol. I'd prefer to be able to corner hard, and deal with less of a "drag" type suspension setup as my car is geared, and designed for cornering.

I think what your mistaking for ego, is actually intelligence. Like I said earlier, I know what it takes for a FWD to be both fast in a drag setup, and a Road Race setup. A 500whp honda is not too uncommon nowadays, and I stated the facts about a problem with them, and the setup.
