water could be sucked into the turbo if the filter got soaked since it's only a few inches off the ground - or if i went through a puddle like yours on accident.
probably wouldn't go straight into the engine right away because the intercooler would act somewhat as a watertrap - but having residual H20 sitting in there rusting things wouldn't be the best scenerio.

so my car was acting up again
today it wouldnt transfer power to the wheels(not sure if worded that right)
im in 1st and its just like bogging down like the e brake is on but the rpms would go up and then all of a sudden it would jerk cause it would go into gear even though it was already in gear. If the rain had something to do with this im gonna kill it.
